The www.snob.fr reserves the right to change these conditions. The conditions are then those in effect at time of order placement .
// PRODUCTS AND RATES //
The products sold on the website www.snob.fr are conceived and edited by Agathe de Lastic, illustrated by Soledad Bravi and Tiffany Cooper.
The products on the website are illustrated by one or more image, a detailed text and a price inc. VAT in euros. The images are as faithful as possible to the products but the colours can vary from one computer screen to another.
Prices are in Euros, including taxes and excluding postage costs. Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of goods and are shown to the buyer during the validation of the basket.
// PAYMENT //
The www.snob.fr website accepts the following payment methods:
– By credit card : Payments are made online through the secure Paypal payment platform. It is not mandatory to have a Paypal account to purchase. When you validate your shopping basket you will be redirected to the Paypal page, you can select the method of payment by credit card and fill card information into the usual fields.
– By Paypal: You must have a Paypal account.
// DELIVERY //
Orders are sent by La Poste, by tracked delivery, preferably Max Letter for metropolitan France and Monaco and Post Export for international shipments. Snob reserves the right to change the type of delivery (Colissimo, Chronopost …) if it deems it better suited to the package.
Please check your delivery details thoroughly, specifying the entry code, the name to communicate in the case of an intercom and the person to whom we can return the package to in case of absence during the delivery so that your order can be sent to the desired address. Do not forget to give a phone number on which you are most easily reached.
The website www.snob.fr ships internationally via the Post Office. Just select your country during the checkout process and shipping costs are calculated automatically.
// WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE //
According to Article L.120-20 of the code of the Consumer Code, the purchaser has a period of seven days to return at his own expense items that do not suit him for an exchange or refund. This period starts from the receipt of the order date. All returns must be reported in advance by email. This right of withdrawal is without penalty, except for shipping and return. Items should be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for re sale. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal the buyer has the option of requesting either a refund of amounts paid, or to exchange the product. In this case the return will be at the buyer’s expense.
